Changing the country of an already existing contract is not possible. To do that, you need to terminate the current contract as well as delete the account, and create a new account with a new contract in the desired country where our services are offered.
When terminating a contract however, please keep in mind the promotions / vouchers assigned to your contract, they cannot be transferred to another account.
If you wish to create an account with the same login credentials (e-mail address) in another country, you need to wait until your existing account is deleted. If there are no open invoices for you, this should happen automatically 180 days later.
Hence, it is recommended to register with another e-mail address in the other country, so that you don't need to wait and can enjoy our services straight away.
