Here is the information regarding package renewals:

Regular packages that you signed up for:

• These packages are renewed on a monthly basis.
• If you wish to cancel, you can do so on a monthly basis as well.

Promotional packages which were added to your contract automatically:

• Eligibility: If your vehicle qualifies for a promotion, a package may be assigned to your contract for a specific duration, which varies per promotion.

After the promotional period ends:

• The package subscription will automatically renew on a regular monthly basis.
• Once the promotional period expires, the base fee for that package will apply each month.
• You do not need to track the end date of your promotions—we will send you a reminder before it expires, allowing you to decide if you would like to continue the package subscription.
